Location: Hybrid, São Paulo Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include: * Managing RMA processes, including resolution of pending items, regularization of movements, and third-party management. * Executing and monitoring automated RMA processes via robotic automation, as well as manual activities in the Oracle system. * Performing system inventory adjustments, part cancellations, and Service sub-inventory control. * Registering maintenance items, managing materials, and requesting tools for technicians. * Executing and analyzing T&M billing through the Delogic system. * Managing warranty processes with customers and distributors, including bonus claim requests. * Preparing, consolidating, and submitting managerial, operational, and accounting reports, such as: + Bowler + Technical Kit + Provisions + Head Office and Branch Sub-Inventories * Collaborating cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Logistics, Sales, Technical Team, Customers, and Distributors to ensure operational fluidity and interdepartmental alignment. Essential Requirements for This Role * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience with RMA, reverse logistics, after-sales, or parts management. * ERP system knowledge, preferably Oracle. * Experience with inventory, billing, warranty, or asset control processes. * Advanced Excel proficiency, with experience in reporting, data analysis, and consolidation.
