Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop detailed production plans based on demand forecasts, production capacity, and resource availability, ensuring that production schedules optimize machine, labor, and raw material utilization while minimizing setup time and idle time, * Monitor production progress against established plans, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained, * Ensure necessary resources—such as materials, equipment, and personnel—are available and efficiently allocated to meet production plans, * Work directly with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of inputs, * Collaborate with other departments—including production, procurement, sales, logistics, R&D, quality, marketing, and project management—to ensure all production aspects are aligned and operate harmoniously, * Monitor and analyze production-related KPIs (key performance indicators), such as efficiency, productivity, quality, and costs; implement corrective actions when required, and develop action plans jointly with relevant departments, * Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve product quality, * Coordinate and develop the Production Planning and Control (PCP) team, ensuring members possess the necessary skills and training to perform their roles effectively. Manage and oversee the department’s budget, * Provide information and analysis to senior management regarding production capacity, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities to support strategic decision-making **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management or People Management. * Knowledge of project management methodologies—such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile—as applied in production environments. * Experience monitoring and optimizing production-related KPIs—including efficiency, productivity, rejection rate, and cycle time. * Proficiency in production planning and control software, such as SAP. * Familiarity with analytical and management tools—including advanced Excel, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools. **Additional Information** * A technical assessment may be administered during the hiring process, based on departmental needs. * Location: Pouso Alegre - MG * Working Hours: 08:00–12:00 / 13:00–17:48 * Work Modality: 100% On-site We are a fully Brazilian company with **yellow blood** running through our veins, and we aim for everyone, anywhere in the country, to have access to quality healthcare—because, for us, medicine has no social class.
