




We are a company belonging to the Ferrarin Group, operating as the New Holland Agricultural Machinery dealership in several cities of Rio Grande do Sul (RS), and we are seeking a Unit Manager in Carazinho. Job Responsibilities: * Be accountable for sales results of Implements, Parts, and Services at your unit; * Manage the commercial team (implements, parts, and services) regarding hiring, training, and performance monitoring, aiming to ensure full implementation of the company’s commercial operating model; * Analyze sales target reports, customer visit reports, and weekly sales planning, providing guidance and recommendations to improve results; * Know, visit, and propose actions regarding strategic customers; * Accompany sales representatives during customer visits to evaluate commercial execution, provide feedback, and advise on improvements to achieve results; * Meet agreed-upon targets and KPIs with the company, proposing action plans to achieve them; * Act as legal representative in judicial proceedings when requested by the headquarters; * Propose credit limits, together with headquarters, according to company policies, advocating for requested credit; * Manage bank financing in coordination with financial institutions; * Plan and execute, through the commercial team, machinery demonstrations for customers; * Know the customer portfolio and maintain strong relationships with customers, implementing initiatives that foster lasting engagement; * Maintain good relationships with machinery and implement suppliers; * Provide customer service to those visiting our stores; * Represent the company within the local community by participating in community events; * Participate in regional fairs, engaging with the community to build relationships and drive sales; * Participate in major fairs such as Expodireto and Expointer; * Be responsible for company assets, including company vehicles, etc.; * Know our local competitors (strengths, weaknesses, specific actions) and propose initiatives to increase market share; * Report market share and lost sales indicators to the General Business Manager; * Communicate updated price lists for machinery and implements to sales representatives, ensuring their proper implementation; * Propose marketing initiatives and execute those defined by the marketing department; * Manage budgets for fairs, community events, and social gatherings jointly with the marketing department; * Develop specific sales and promotional initiatives together with the sales team to enhance results; * Fulfill the managerial schedule; * Master and propose improvements to commercial processes; * Respond, within your area of responsibility, regarding processes, policies, procedures, authority levels, responsibilities, and responsible parties. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Agribusiness, or related fields; * Experience in Sales Management; * Knowledge of Tax Legislation, Cost Management, Inventory Management, and Budgetary Management. Preferred Qualifications (Differentiators): * Technical education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields. * Experience in agribusiness management.
