We are looking for a Billing and Logistics Analyst to join our team. Billing: * Issuance and verification of electronic invoices (NF\-e) and bank slips. * Verification of orders, contracts, and commercial terms prior to issuance. * Ensuring compliance with current tax legislation. * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS). * Proficiency in ERP systems (Proteus). * Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Logistics: * Planning and monitoring of deliveries. * Freight control and negotiation with transport companies. * Monitoring of shipping and receiving flows. * Management of logistics KPIs (delivery lead time, costs, efficiency). Skills * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for interaction with customers and internal departments. * Ability to work under deadlines and handle high document volumes.
