Our global presence and impressive portfolio foster diverse opportunities for growth, learning, stable development, and fair rewards. **Position:** Logistics Assistant **Location:** Pouso Alegre, MG – 100% on-site **Reports to:** Logistics Supervisor and Logistics Coordinator As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting inbound and outbound product operations, conducting and monitoring periodic rotating and cycle inventory counts, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure inventory accuracy. You will print invoices, packing slips, and labels for order picking and shipment. You must monitor and update the system with operational status, map processes and performance indicators related to warehouse operations, and keep them up to date. Ensure adherence to 5S principles and inventory accuracy. **Responsibilities:** * Use the WMS to record inventory movements, locate products, manage expiration dates and batches, enter incoming and outgoing invoices into the system, maintain updated product data (codes, slotting, balances, etc.), and generate inventory control reports as well as management decision-support reports. * Verify received products and register them in the WMS; manage scheduling for receipts and shipments; organize, control, and record transfers between locations or departments within the warehouse; support storage strategy (fixed and random slotting); ensure all fixed movements are accurately reflected in the system. * Develop and monitor logistics KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy rate, order fulfillment time, inventory turnover, etc.), suggest improvements to layout, picking process, and storage methods, and support internal and external audits. * Support the entire team in correctly using RF scanners and the WMS, acting as a knowledge and skills multiplier. * Maintain effective communication across departments—such as Procurement, Production, Transportation, and Delivery Management—is essential. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree is preferred. * Problem-solving ability and capability to identify anomalies and deviations in the order cycle. * Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. * Strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
