We are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** to support our team in meal preparation and kitchen organization. We are seeking someone with agility, commitment, and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field. * Assist the chef in preparing dishes and assembling meals; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and utensils; * Perform food sanitation according to food safety regulations; * Ensure proper use of ingredients and prevent waste; * Follow instructions from the chef and head cook; * Maintain cleanliness of work areas during and after shifts. Assist in food preparation (cutting, washing, pre\-preparation of ingredients); **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the role or as a kitchen assistant; * Basic knowledge of hygiene and food handling practices; * Ability to work well in a team; * Proactivity and agility; * Completed elementary education (desirable).
