




We are looking for a **Sales Assistant** to provide in-person customer service at our **Pouso Alegre Artisanal Pharmacy**. This professional will assist with the sales process, operate the cash register, organize deliveries, guide customers on the proper use of medications, and carry out post-sales activities and follow-ups. **Responsibilities** * Provide in-person customer service and support throughout the purchasing process; * Perform **cash register operations** (opening, closing, and reconciliation); * **Dispense medications** and clearly explain usage instructions; * Present store products and suggest solutions appropriate to customers’ needs; * Manage and organize **order deliveries and pickups**; * Conduct customer follow-ups and monitor post-sales processes; * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment; * Support the team with simple administrative tasks when necessary. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Communicative, organized, responsible, and proactive personality; * Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service orientation; * Basic computer literacy (use of computerized systems); * Basic math skills (cash register operations); **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or pharmacy settings; * Knowledge of medication dispensing or compounded medications; * Experience with post-sales processes and cash register routines. **We Offer** * Market-competitive compensation; * Technical training on products, processes, and compounding advantages; * A collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
