Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure production processes are carried out in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable legislation, through documentation control and process monitoring; * Provide information and participate in developing daily and weekly production schedules together with the Production Control and Planning (PCP) department; * Define, together with management, the allocation of human and material resources to meet production requirements; * Coordinate industrial area activities, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to the production plan; * Plan and control expenses defined in the annual budget; * Determine and define headcount based on area requirements; * Monitor productivity indices across areas by analyzing periodic reports, comparing actual versus planned results to implement corrective actions when applicable; * Control execution of the preventive maintenance plan and request corrective maintenance as needed; * Schedule machine shutdowns for preventive maintenance jointly with PCP and Maintenance departments; * Review technical documentation and process performance indicators; * Prepare managerial reports for the area; * Analyze and develop technical and specific documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), User Requirement Specifications (URS), Change Controls, Risk Assessments, Impact Assessments, Work Instructions, DMS, and related documents; * Participate in Quality Assurance Committees, CAPA, ANVISA-related committees, and CELL, performing data analysis and evaluations to support investigations of non-conformities; * Propose process improvements aimed at enhancing quality and productivity during pharmaceutical manufacturing operations; * Propose improvements and optimize filling and packaging production processes, evaluating trend indicators and daily production results to ensure tangible process enhancements; * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper identification of areas, equipment, and materials in accordance with internal policies and programs, adhering to best GMP practices; * Be responsible for executing all activities in compliance with Safety, Hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practice regulations; * Respond to inspections conducted by Health Surveillance (ANVISA) and Environmental Agencies; * Respond to internal and external audits; * Promote people management, supervising, developing, and guiding employees regarding company policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
