Develop, monitor, and distribute operational KPIs, and support the team with managerial information. Prepare performance reports (KPIs) and analyze data derived from these processes, as well as execute corrective and preventive action plans. **Requirements and Responsibilities:** ----------------------------------- **What are the requirements?** * Incomplete undergraduate degree; * Preferably with experience in vehicle collection and supply chain operational processes. **Key responsibilities include:** 1. Develop and manage KPIs relevant to the Operations Center; 2. Analyze the customer’s order portfolio; 3. Define daily demand jointly with the customer, based on the agreed monthly forecast; 4. Define volume per shift, based on available labor and the profile agreed upon for the month; 5. Track daily orders and invoices (NFs), escalating issues to responsible parties; 6. Enter import and third-party invoices into SAP; 7. Ensure creation of subcontractor orders for KIT assembly within SAP; 8. Define daily inbound demand with the customer, based on the capacity agreed upon for the month; 9. Develop controls using SQL, Power BI, and The View (DHL tool); 10. Close monthly distribution center (DC) reports (e.g., SLAs, monthly volumes handled, etc.); 11.
