Administration of personnel routines in the area **Job Description:** The Seres Group, in partnership with a multinational logistics company, is seeking a professional for the role of Operations Leader. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and control goods movement, ensuring effective execution of activities; perform operational control by directing hourly production to meet targets; Analyze customer demands and plan operations according to available resources and productive capacity; Conduct shift handovers, reporting current conditions and pending tasks; perform equipment and vehicle checklist verification and validation; Respond to audits as required, in accordance with certifications established for the facility; **Administer personnel routines in the area, including:** vacations, days off, absenteeism, turnover, and banked hours; Perform related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Working Hours:** **Schedule:** 3:30 PM to 12:54 AM or 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Shift Pattern:** 5 days on / 2 days off or 2 days on / 2 days off **Work Model:** On-site **Work Location:** Extrema, MG\- Brazil We encourage applications from persons with disabilities (PCD), Black individuals, women, and LGBTQIAPN\+ community members. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed bachelor's degree **Desirable:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
