Minalba seeks professionals with operational experience in industrial machinery to perform **syrup preparation** and **CIP of filler machines**. **Job responsibilities include**: * Operating equipment used in syrup production (tanks, pumps, pasteurizers, and valves). * Performing **CIP** (Cleaning in Place) on **10 filler machines**. * Monitoring machine operation, operational standards, and cleanliness. * Following technical procedures and safety protocols. * Controlling temperature, pressure, and flow parameters as required. * Collaborating with technical and maintenance teams when necessary. **Job Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience with **large-scale industrial machinery**, preferably in beverages, food, or pharmaceuticals; * Operational knowledge of tanks, pumps, and/or pasteurizers; * CIP knowledge is desirable; * Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented profile; * Availability to work **all three shifts**, on a **6x1 or 6x2 schedule**. **Compensation:** * Fixed Salary: R$ 2.655,99 **Benefits:** * Chartered transportation for residents of Campos do Jordão and Taubaté; * Meal allowance: R$347; * 80% of Unimed health plan covered by the company; * Dental plan; * Gas voucher; * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy voucher; * Annual profit-sharing bonus (PLR); * Career development plan. **Working Hours:** * Rotating shift schedule (6x1 or 6x2), requiring availability to work all three shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
