Job Summary: A professional responsible for executing reverse logistics processes, cargo tendering, dispatch scheduling, and customer appointment scheduling, ensuring timely delivery and KPI analysis. Support for transportation planning and customer interaction. ***The Seres Group, in partnership with ID LOGISTIC, is recruiting professionals for the position of LOGISTICS ANALYST.*** **Requirements:** COMPLETED HIGHER EDUCATION Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Relevant work experience **Responsibilities:** * Execute the process of tendering reverse logistics services for products and pallets; control related processes and documentation for claims; analyze KPIs; ensure process execution in SAP and TMS; and ensure carriers meet agreed-upon deadlines. * Execute the process of cargo tendering and dispatch scheduling, focusing on meeting deadlines; execute and analyze KPIs; ensure process execution in SAP and TMS; and support the transportation planning process managed by the control tower. * Execute the process of scheduling appointments with customers; handle delivery-related incidents; monitor delivery timelines and statuses; execute and analyze KPIs; ensure process execution in SAP, TMS, and the ticketing system; and jointly manage requests with the client’s customer service team. * Perform duties in accordance with the SGI Policy, objectives, targets, and other SGI definitions; carry out tasks per operational procedures and controls; report SGI non-conformities; and understand the implications of non-compliance with SGI requirements. * Be aware of significant environmental aspects and impacts, as well as unacceptable hazards and risks within one’s area; be informed about incidents and their investigations; and know one’s right to refuse work if the activity poses an imminent danger. **Salary:** * Salary expectations **Working Hours:** * 5 days/week, 08:00–17:48 **Work Location:** * Extrema/MG.
