**Job Details** -------------------- **Key challenges of the department and role:** The candidate will be responsible for providing customer service to Méthodos Laboratory / Fleury Group clients. We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customers’ needs—focused on preserving humanized service while maintaining the quality and excellence we highly value. **Main responsibilities:** Prepare the customer service counter according to standard operating procedures; Request from the customer personal identification documents with photo, health insurance card (including validity date and name as stated), medical request form, or for private requests—along with required exam preparation instructions—and verify whether the information is already registered in the system; if not, perform registration; Provide information regarding health insurance coverage and necessary preparation instructions for exams (imaging/blood collection/vaccination); Perform quotation and appointment scheduling (via phone or system) for exams, based on the client’s selected location; Verify service authorization forms and private medical requests; review simulated billing reports and finalize general report summaries for authorization forms, as requested by leadership; Control and forward (via courier, mail, email, or system) authorization forms to the billing department for payment processing; Perform pre-billing/authorization form verification using reports generated by the information system, checking all service details—from customer and physician data to registered exams—and finalizing the overall summary for submission to the billing department to process claims with health insurance providers.
