Job Description * Manage the warehouse team, organizing activities (receiving, inspection, control, storage, picking, shipping, cycle counting, FIFO ["First in, First out"], equipment checklists, purchase orders, SDSs, emergency response sheets, and PENFs). * Ensure inventory accuracy by recording all physical transactions in the ERP system. * Lead processes including: Materials Receiving (physical inspection of products and raw materials, and supplier invoices), Materials Storage (organizing and preserving quick access), Raw Materials Picking and Production Line Supply (identifying minimum and maximum stock levels). * Coordinate processes including: Finished Goods Picking and Shipping per order (ensuring product quality, quantity accuracy per invoice, and on-time delivery). * Effectively resolve inventory discrepancies for raw materials and finished goods. * Organize vehicle movement and logistics flows within the manufacturing area for loading/unloading of production materials and finished goods. * Lead the annual and cycle physical inventory process. * Monitor finished goods delivery routing from factory departure through final delivery. * Meet OTD (On-Time Delivery) targets by selecting the carrier offering the best freight cost and delivery timeline for finished goods. * Implement continuous improvement in logistics processes ("Turnbacks", customer "Claims") and Carrier Excellence ("Lean Logistics"). * Define schedules and communicate departmental KPIs monthly, updating month-end reports. * Request replenishment of departmental consumables, adhering to minimum stock level maintenance policies. * Collaborate with the team in operating forklifts and pallet jacks for material organization. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or Logistics. Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics. Experience managing teams. Driver’s license Category B. Valid NR11 certification. Forklift and electric pallet jack training preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office suite. Power BI knowledge preferred. Advanced English. ERP system experience (JDE preferred).
