We are seeking a Supervisor to work directly with our clients, ensuring smooth operations, supporting employees, and strengthening the relationship between our company and its partners. **Location:** * 1 position available in Francisco Morato–SP, within a Nexus client’s operation site, Logistics area. **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct on-site shifts at client locations, addressing employee questions and requests; * Collect signatures on timecards and pay slips, ensuring timely return to the responsible department; * Monitor daily absenteeism among temporary staff and report findings to relevant personnel; * Conduct onboarding of new temporary employees, including document verification; * Ensure dispatch and return of signed contracts and registration forms; * Identify operational improvements based on client feedback; * Manage and distribute PPEs and uniforms, collecting them upon employee termination; * Support termination procedures, including documentation and formal homologation, as needed; * Represent the company before clients, labor unions, and regulatory authorities; * Conduct periodic visits to monitor operations and support temporary staff. **Employment type:** Permanent (CLT) **Salary:** Disclosed during interview **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Food allowance (iFood card – daily value) * Additional benefits disclosed during interview **What we seek:** Professionals with strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, professional demeanor, and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
