




RESPONSIBILITIES: * Providing support to customers and carrier drivers, ensuring necessary assistance and clarification of inquiries. * Responsible for initiating and closing payment processes. * Issuing invoices for services rendered according to the established price list. * Entering and updating system data with relevant information, including attaching payment receipts. * Supporting general administrative routines. * Assisting with operational tasks, such as receiving goods, when required. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma; Proficiency with numbers and Excel; Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills; Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; Salary: BRL 2,459.45 + Transportation Allowance (VT) + On-site meals + Absenteeism bonus of up to BRL 200.00 per month if no absences or medical certificates are submitted.
