




Job Description: Education: Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields. Languages: Advanced English proficiency, with ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with international suppliers and external agents. Experience: Experience in international trade, preferably focused on import operations and customs clearance processes. Technical Knowledge: * Import procedures and customs clearance; * International documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates, etc.); * Logistics cost and import cost management (freight, warehousing, fees, taxes); * End-to-end tracking of international orders; * Development and negotiation with suppliers and service providers; * Familiarity with AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) requirements is desirable. Tools and Systems: * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * ERP system knowledge (Protheus/TOTVS experience is preferred); * Familiarity with logistics tracking systems and government portals (e.g., SISCOMEX). Behavioral Competencies: * Organization and attention to detail; * Sense of urgency and results orientation; * Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders; * Proactivity, dynamism, and problem-solving ability; * Analytical mindset and process orientation. * Monitor import processes to ensure adherence to pre-established deadlines; * Manage import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates, and other documents required for customs clearance; * Track and analyze customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with current legislation and alignment with customs brokers and freight forwarders; * Negotiate with international suppliers, logistics agents, carriers, and service providers to achieve competitiveness in delivery timelines, costs, and operational terms; * Develop and qualify new logistics partners to strengthen the international supply chain; * Control and analyze logistics and import costs, proposing improvements and optimizations to reduce expenses; * Monitor departmental KPIs (e.g., lead time, supplier performance, logistics costs, non-conformities) and propose continuous improvement actions; * Support internal departments (Procurement, Planning, Tax, Logistics, Accounting, Finance) to ensure smooth operations and clear communication regarding process status; * Initiate import processes and perform data entry in TOTVS ERP system; * Resolve operational issues related to delays, documentation discrepancies, or transit incidents, ensuring appropriate decision-making. 2512150202201920931
