With this ongoing commitment to innovation and quality, we continue expanding our operations to bring the best of diagnostic medicine to even more people. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Attending patients in person, by phone, and through digital channels (WhatsApp, email, etc.) * Scheduling, confirming, canceling, and rescheduling consultations and exams as needed * Receiving and verifying personal documents and health insurance authorizations * Registering and updating patient data in the system * Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming * Assisting with patient flow management, respecting appointment order * Directing patients to examination or consultation rooms when necessary * Receiving payments and issuing receipts, where applicable * Maintaining confidentiality of patient information **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in reception, preferably in clinics or hospitals * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite) * Ability to multitask effectively * Flexible availability regarding working hours **Work model:** 100% in-person **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Salary: BRL 1,518.00 – BRL 1,700.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection questions: * Do you have experience in reception? * Are you available to work on Saturdays?
