Job Description: **Job Mission** Ensure the accuracy and precision of analyses. Perform analyses according to procedures and established frequencies to avoid impacting production line performance. Provide operational support through instructions and training. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect and perform physical\-chemical and sensory analyses of finished products, raw materials, and water. * Manage non\-conformities (re\-analysis of non\-conforming products, leading ADF and NO actions). * Develop and review analytical methodologies. * Manage inventory of supplies (reagents, utensils, equipment). * Enter results into spreadsheets and release\/hold products in SAP. * Support the equipment calibration program. * Issue analysis reports. * Analyze packaging materials. * Communicate analysis deviations. * Deliver general training. * Comply with and act as guardian of Quality and Food Safety requirements. * Participate in and serve as a support channel for safe behavior initiatives. * Promote GMI's cultural archetypes. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields; * Analytical skills; * Technical knowledge in chemistry; * Technical knowledge in sensory analysis; * Basic knowledge of equipment calibration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic English proficiency; * Availability for the third shift.
