**Responsibilities and duties** Attend clients, identifying their needs and guiding\-them with all necessary technical information about available products and their proper use; Prospect clients via telemarketing (outbound and inbound); Monitor and develop opportunities (Pipeline); Update, consult, invoice, and enter opportunities into the CRM system; Perform follow up and maintain the sales funnel in the CRM; Issue, renew, and terminate contracts; Assist manager in negotiating and arranging freight (partner companies and owned fleet); Handle after\-sales service: opening service requests, financial discounts, invoice cancellations; Visit clients/ job sites; Meet sales targets defined by management and commercial guidelines; Issue Measurement Reports and invoice them after approval; Registration: Collect registration information and documents for credit analysis and perform individual customer registration (according to PID); Assist the responsible department in customer collections; Follow up with customers having active and inactive contracts.
