




The **Grupo Seres** is looking for a **Recruitment and Selection Analyst** for a temporary position in **EXTREMA \- MG**, focusing on managing end-to-end selection processes for different areas and hierarchical levels. The professional will act as a strategic partner to managers and clients, contributing to talent attraction, hiring accuracy, and employer brand strengthening. **Main responsibilities:** * Profile assessment and alignment with managers and clients; * Job posting on platforms and social networks; * Resume screening and competency-based interviews; * Conducting individual and group interviews; * Administering tests and preparing technical evaluations; * Monitoring selection process indicators and metrics; * Clear and effective communication with candidates and managers; * Proposing improvements in recruitment processes, methodologies, and tools. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree; * Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection, especially in consulting firms or medium/large companies; * Proficiency in tools such as ATS, Vagas.com, Pandapé, LinkedIn Recruiter, among others; * Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills. **Differentiators:** * Experience in recruiting technical, operational, and high-volume profiles. **Job type:** Temporary **Work model:** 100% remote **Location:** Exclusively for **Extrema – MG** Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
