Requirements: * High school diploma * CNH - D * Flexible working hours Desirable: * First aid training * Basic life support * Emergency vehicle operation * Experience in pre-hospital care services Responsibilities: * Transport and transfer patients in accordance with established procedures, assisting the nursing team and collaborating in emergency response, first aid, and pre-hospital care during incidents and as needed. * Fulfill administrative transportation requests for the cooperative. * Understand the company’s strategic initiatives and operate current Quality Management systems. * Perform administrative tasks assigned by management within specified deadlines. * Conduct call triage in the absence of a nurse, collecting minimum required data as outlined in the triage SOP. * Coordinate patient transfers as needed, and advise beneficiaries regarding contractual terms and existing rights.
