Job Description:#### **Experience and Technical Knowledge:** * Extensive experience in warehouse management, with knowledge of systems such as WMS, WM, and SAP (even if the facility uses WM, experience with WMS is valued); * Inventory management, including material receipt and dispatch, application of FIFO/FEFO methods, execution of physical inventories, and analysis of days of coverage; * Proficiency in logistics cost management, with responsibility for significant monthly budgets; * Participation in and leadership of logistics and continuous improvement projects, with flexibility to handle frequent changes and varying scopes; * Performance management by KPIs, including periodic performance presentations and action plans for unmet targets. #### **Leadership Experience:** * Indirect management of operational teams through supervision of supervisors and team leaders; * Ability to develop talent and design engagement strategies, even when three levels removed from operations. #### **Soft Skills and Cross-Functional Interactions:** * Strong ability to interface with internal functions such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Health & Safety, and Human Resources; * Strategic profile with analytical vision and results orientation; * High interpersonal relationship skills, influence, and synergy with peer functions; * Proactivity and resilience in an environment of constant transformation and high delivery demands. #### **Differentiators:** * Prior experience in multi-site operations or large-scale logistics structures; * Experience implementing WMS systems and logistics innovation projects; * Work history in food, manufacturing, or industries with critical supply chains. #### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in talent management; * Relevant prior experience.
