




FUNCTION OBJECTIVE Ensure that your area operates in accordance with Unilever’s and applicable legislation’s Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards, and report conditions and actions falling below these standards—including those related to third parties. Maintain a clean and organized workplace throughout your shift. Update and monitor the management dashboard and its indicators, as well as SHE and Quality Management System procedures. Perform activities in accordance with procedures and work instructions under your responsibility, and comply with organizational policies, objectives, targets, and performance standards. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and per work instructions for each area. Participate in job risk assessments within your work area. Participate in accident and incident investigations. Participate in emergency preparedness plan drills. Use environmental resources—such as water and energy—appropriately, and act consciously regarding generation and disposal of waste generated by your work. Act in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the site and for third parties, and with established quality management control procedures relevant to your role, thereby ensuring compliance with our Management System and consumer satisfaction. WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead emergency response for the area (e.g., support during equipment breakdowns); Lead execution of preventive maintenance planning; Lead maintenance cost composition; Serve as the point of reference for maintenance procurement (parts and/or services); Implement the area’s inspection and lubrication plan; Plan resolution of WCM labels (blue, SHE, and red) and incident reports; Plan combined preventive/programmed maintenance activities at the operations desk; Issue and manage requisitions (for parts and service purchases—third-party or internal, warehouse); Control maintenance costs via cost-control spreadsheets and SAP; Plan and monitor execution of the area’s instrument calibration and verification plan; Monitor third-party services performed in the area; Support and monitor emergency responses by the maintenance team in the area (e.g., equipment breakdowns).
