




Job Summary: The inn is seeking a receptionist to manage reservations, attend to guests, administer front desk cash, and coordinate departments, aiming for customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement. THE RECEPTIONIST ROLE INCLUDES MAKING AND MANAGING RESERVATIONS USING HOTEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ON THE COMPANY'S COMPUTER, AS WELL AS COMMUNICATING PERSONALLY, BY PHONE, EMAIL, ETC.; ATTENDING TO, SERVING, AND ASSISTING GUESTS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION; MANAGING GUEST CONSUMPTIONS AND FRONT DESK CASH, INCLUDING APPROPRIATE RECORDINGS AND CHARGES; MANAGING CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES; ACTING AS A LIAISON BETWEEN ALL INN DEPARTMENTS AND GUESTS; OVERSEEING ALL ASPECTS OF FRONT DESK OPERATIONS, ALIGNING WITH THE COMPANY'S MISSION, VISION, AND VALUES, AND PURSUING CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT IN SERVICE DELIVERY IN A COMPETITIVE AND SUSTAINABLE MANNER.
