Because here, we don’t hire just for roles — we invite you to be part of something greater. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide safe, humane, and individualized nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. * Participate in accident prevention, health promotion, and rehabilitation programs. * Complete activity reports for the Health Service and Occupational Nursing. * Assist in conducting admission, periodic, job-change, return-to-work, and dismissal medical examinations. * Organize and maintain up-to-date employee medical records. * Support the prevention and control of diseases in general through health campaigns. * Prepare employees for consultations and examinations, advising them on required conditions for their execution. * Advise and assist employees, providing information related to hygiene and general health care. * Assist in urgent and emergency care. * Monitor and record departmental activities for reporting and statistical analysis. * Manage supplies, equipment, and medications according to operational procedures and the Nursing Manual. * Maintain equipment and the workplace organized, ensuring proper maintenance and promptly informing the coordinator of any issues. * Propose acquisition of new instruments to replace damaged, missing, or worn-out items. * Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) records. * Participate in training programs when requested. * Perform tasks relevant to the area of operation using office equipment and computer software. * Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of the role. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS** * PCMSO (NR-7): knowledge of, and experience implementing and monitoring, prescribed actions. * NR-1, NR-6, NR-17, NR-32: understanding of their impact on nursing practice and prevention. * Clinical and occupational medical records (preferably electronic SOC). **PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Absenteeism control, medical certificates, health indicators, and management reports. * Microsoft Office Suite * Basic English * Knowledge of AI, Copilot. * Practical knowledge of e-social.
