Job Description: * Completed technical course in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Refrigeration Engineering. * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. * English — Intermediate level preferred. * Brazilian National Driver’s License Category B. * Computer skills — Intermediate level in spreadsheets, basic level in text processing, internet usage, and presentations. Basic level in PowerPoint. * Collect field information, verbally and/or in writing report incidents, and provide physical evidence that may lead to improvement and/or preventive actions, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of our products and services. * Monitor product performance in the field and relay feedback to Quality and Product Engineering departments. * Conduct on-site technical visits, as needed, to gather information regarding product performance, failures, and compliance. * Record and analyze incidents related to technical non-conformities, perceived quality, and product behavior during use. * Prepare technical reports with supporting evidence (photos, videos, technical data) to assist Quality and Engineering departments. * Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions. * Monitor field-based product performance indicators. * Propose technical product improvements based on real-world application and usage data. * Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and suppliers in the technical analysis of components returned from the field. 2512150202201920929
