Job Summary: Assists in preparing budgets, technical and commercial proposals, prepares sales documents, and follows up on negotiations with clients. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of the client portfolio and follow-up on negotiations MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assist in preparing budgets for standardized irrigation and sanitation equipment; · Prepare technical and commercial proposals; · Prepare documents for direct sales; · Assist in participating in public and private tenders; · Assist in establishing selling prices; · Contact and monitor public agencies to participate in bidding processes; · Maintain the client and project portfolio; · Follow up on direct negotiations with clients and sell equipment; · Conduct follow-up with clients after submission of offers, monitoring their analysis and evaluation; · Arrange issuance of supply orders.
