If you are interested in being part of this purpose and wish to stay one step ahead of the market, join us! **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users of IT resources for hardware and software needs at support levels 1 and 2; * Maintain proper operation of the company's data network, printing resources, internal telephony system, and CCTV system; * Grant, modify, or deactivate access to various systems and applications used in Methodos upon request from managers of different departments; * Monitor IT resource alerts and take corrective actions as needed; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment, sending equipment to third-party vendors for corrective maintenance when necessary; * Configure and install software and computer equipment according to specific procedures; * Provide information and training on software and equipment to enable users to use and maintain them properly; * Develop and keep updated manuals and procedures for usage and configuration of software and IT resources; * Ensure the security of personal and corporate data, adhering to the IT security policy; * Keep records and controls of maintenance activities, user support logs, departmental monitoring records, hardware and software inventories, and quality controls updated, following established IT department standards; * Perform all duties in compliance with the company's quality standards; * Adhere to the scheduled working hours, demonstrating punctuality and assiduity to fulfill the established workload and deliver satisfactory service performance; * Maintain an organized physical workspace, following established standards to comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations; * Maintain good relationships with team members and management, showing respect, open dialogue, and ethical conduct in all situations, ensuring the professional confidentiality required by the position; * Carry out other duties related to the position as directed by management. **We are looking for someone who has:** Completed (or currently pursuing) a Bachelor's degree in technology-related fields. Preferred: Category B driver's license.
