Job Summary: Professional responsible for supply and contract management, tender document preparation, commercial analysis of proposals, and formal tracking of contractual claims. Key Highlights: 1. Support in document management and tracking of claims Job Description Supply and contract monitoring and management — covering deadline verification, delivery status tracking, and communication with suppliers — conducted in an integrated manner and coordinated with other project areas. Support in preparing the tender document. Proposal equalization and commercial analysis. Prepare a contracting recommendation report for the manager and coordinator. Monitor contractual deadlines and adjustments, if extension is required. Manage contracts related to receipt, installation, and assembly, ensuring traceability of approvals and payments. Ensure contractual documents and records are managed according to scope. Support the manager in document management related to the construction site (minutes, reports, databook). Formally track supplier contractual claims and requests related to price adjustments or supply changes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; Relevant experience in contract management; Knowledge of physical and financial planning and monitoring; Advanced Excel and Power BI (desirable); Analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong results orientation; Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
