Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and duties** * Attend to customers, suppliers, and employees to guide them on company processes and procedures. * Monitor in-person and remote customer service, always prioritizing excellent and agile service. * Monitor the completion of control spreadsheets and documents used by drivers, doormen, receptionists, and security guards, implementing necessary actions and/or archiving. * Monitor inter-unit and final-recipient messenger activities, ensuring proper registration of movement and delivery within stipulated deadlines. * Ensure communication with managers in cases of adverse situations, visits, employees working outside regular hours, or suppliers. * Conduct monthly training on service procedures and inspections for security department staff, and monitor HR integration for all new hires at Cimed. * Monitor work schedules and vacation planning, seeking alternatives for potential coverage of service positions. * Receive authorities and direct them to the visited or inspected departments, complying with current policies. * Assist and monitor investigations of asset-related incidents, interfacing with departmental leadership. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in Facility Security. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Brazilian National Driver's License, Category B. * Availability to work on a 2x2x3 shift schedule from 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM. **Preferred qualification:** * Completed undergraduate degree in a related field. **Additional information** * A technical test may be administered during the selection process, as required by the area. * Location: Pouso Alegre - MG * Working hours: 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM on a 2x2x3 shift schedule * Work modality: 100% in-person Cimed exists to provide health and well-being to all Brazilians.
