Responsibilities: * Conduct stock analyses and controls, ensuring accuracy between physical and system inventory and eliminating discrepancies. * Monitor and validate receiving and movement operations for products, materials, and merchandise, ensuring correct execution of workflows. * Manage and monitor unit working assets, ensuring data currency, traceability, and integrity. * Develop, maintain, and enhance control tools and supporting materials for inventories. * Track area KPIs (losses, damages, shelf life, discrepancies), preparing periodic analyses and reports to support decision-making. * Identify opportunities for improvement in internal warehousing and control processes, proposing solutions and standardizations. * Participate in audits, presenting analyses, processes, and management tools. * Promote and ensure compliance with safety procedures, 5S practices, and operational excellence programs. * Support departmental projects and initiatives by contributing data, analyses, and process insights to optimize operations.
