Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, organization, and sanitation of food items and utensils in a hotel kitchen, following safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in food preparation and organization. 2. Keep the kitchen clean and organized. 3. Support food replenishment in buffets. Hotel seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Pouso Alegre. **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation (cutting, peeling, washing ingredients). Sort and organize ingredients according to recipes. Help assemble dishes (primarily breakfasts and buffets). Keep the kitchen clean and organized. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Store food properly (refrigerators, freezers, storage). Support food replenishment in hotel buffets. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Culinary Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
