Ensure the physical safety of employees and compliance with GMP and HACCP standards. Safeguard team members’ physical well-being in the workplace and ensure proper use of PPE. Monitor material receiving and shipping processes, including verification of invoices. Ensure warehouse organization, preserve item quality, and guarantee appropriate control over expiration dates. Oversee and guide merchandise handling—including packaging, storage, and transportation—to ensure the integrity of moved materials. Train and guide staff on operational tasks such as receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packaging, and shipping, in accordance with written procedures. Ensure equipment and technical resources are properly maintained and usage is controlled. Ensure accurate inventory control and inventory count accuracy. Implement strategies to improve productivity across the team. Ensure control over procedures and operational expenses. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields); **Desired Specific Knowledge** (skills, IT, languages, etc.) Excel and Microsoft Office suite; SAP and WMS knowledge; **HACCP**, CCPs, allergens; skills in receiving, shipping, picking, inventory management, and warehousing; experience conducting audits; systemic understanding of logistics processes. Food safety, GMP, Food Fraud, and Food Defense.
