**IT Support Technician (On-site \+ Remote) \| Join Our Global Technology Team!** We are looking for a talented IT Support Technician to join our international team! You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving incidents and service requests — providing Service Desk (Level 1\) and On-site/Deskside Support (Level 2\). **Your Responsibilities** * Provide first-line IT support via phone, chat, or e\-mail for incidents and service requests. * Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. * Manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and access requests. * Perform hardware replacements and coordinate repairs with vendors or warranty claims. * Provide on-site (“hands and feet”) support for network equipment, servers, and data centers as directed by remote teams. * Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi\-Fi connectivity issues and assist with cabling and patching. * Support telephony and video conferencing systems. * Maintain asset inventory, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with IT security policies. * Provide VIP/executive support when needed. * Log and track all tickets in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), escalating as necessary. **What We’re Looking For** * 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Field Services. * Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and macOS environments. * Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM). * Basic understanding of network and data center environments. * Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (or similar). * Excellent communication skills and customer focus. * Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. * Fluency in English and Portuguese. **Interested?** We’d love to hear from you!
