We are seeking a proactive, dedicated intern with an interest in technology and innovation who wishes to work integrally across different areas of the Bank, contributing to strengthening the PIX ecosystem. The intern will support the structuring of PIX processes, focusing on technical and process documentation, standardization of workflows, and creation of materials for the Developer Portal. The role will involve direct interface between Business, Technology, and Processes, participating in API documentation, customer onboarding and certification journeys, and supporting strategic continuous improvement initiatives. Key day-to-day responsibilities include: * Supporting the mapping of customer onboarding and certification processes, as well as other PIX workflows. * Developing and updating technical API documentation in the format of the new Developer Portal. * Supporting the customer and partner certification workflow (integration and compliance testing). * Producing support materials and internal guides for Operations and Commercial teams. * Collaborating with Product, Technology, and Compliance teams, consolidating information in a structured manner. Preferred qualifications include: * Analytical ability and logical reasoning. * Ability to read, understand, and test API documentation. * Basic understanding of how APIs work; familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS request concepts and methods such as GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE.
