We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value inclusion for all individuals regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equal opportunity. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the management and technically assist the Operations and Sustainment Technology team, sharing knowledge and promoting integration and collaboration; Maintain updated planning and negotiate schedules/interventions with the unit and Technology Teams; Act as the interface between project teams and operations, serving as the technology focal point; Provide Level 1 helpdesk support to internal and external customers for equipment and system configuration, network configuration and basic troubleshooting, and perform initial analysis of simple incidents; Keep documentation up to date for each process and system, desktop/notebook/mobile telephony inventory, line control, and other technology assets; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers/hardware and software (desktops and notebooks), printers, scanners, and other technology devices; Install and configure Microsoft operating systems, corporate applications, management systems, administrative and operational systems, and others; Provide technical support to CCR Group users by responding to tickets registered in the Conecta tool; Provide hardware and software to employees of the unit where they work, executing respective procedures upon request and duly recorded approval in the Conecta tool; Develop studies, controls, tests, and preventive routines for equipment, systems, and solutions, based on leadership recommendations and needs identified in the equipment fleet; Monitor equipment, system, and solution operation using tools indicated by the company’s Operations and Sustainment team; Execute and ensure software installation on equipment in the unit where they work, based on identified need or guidance from Motiva’s Infrastructure and Information Security teams; Ensure compliance with information security standards regarding software, hardware, and application installation, based on receipt and approval of guidance from Information Security and Infrastructure teams; Contribute to efficiency level indicators, mean time to answer (MTTA), and satisfaction survey (NPS) through exemplary service delivered within timeframes and average efficiency metrics; Execute workstation, printer, and network environment performance optimization procedures; Conduct simulations in controlled environments; Comply with ISO audits applicable to the Business concerning Operations and Sustainment area activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Completed Technical or Higher Education in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Systems Development, Database, Systems Analysis and Development, Informatics, or Computer Science; Knowledge of Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Knowledge of local network infrastructure (cabling and connectorization); Ability to configure Wi\-Fi coverage (routers, repeaters, etc.). **You stand out if you have:** Knowledge of Information Technology Security; Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in 13 Brazilian states, moving thousands of people daily by offering comprehensive mobility services generating positive societal impact.
