




PACHA is seeking a **Level I Electromechanic** to work at the Bauducco operation in Extrema/MG, providing technical support for electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems. This is an essential position to ensure equipment availability and operational continuity within a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. **Responsibilities:** * Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and installations on water and sewage treatment machinery and equipment. * Carry out predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. * Interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings and schematics. * Analyze failures, identify root causes, and guide the operations team regarding corrective actions. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area. * Comply with safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Develop maintenance procedures. * Visually manage maintenance labels (open, pending, and completed) through visual management. **Technical Requirements:** * Technical course in Electromechanics or related fields (preferred). * Availability to respond to urgent interventions outside regular hours. * Knowledge of hydraulics. * Experience with basic maintenance. * Knowledge of environmental science/chemistry (preferred). **Behavioral Requirements:** * Strong communication skills. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Sense of responsibility. * Good interpersonal skills. * Flexibility. **Benefits:** Benefits: \- Meal Allowance: BRL 241.53/month; * Food Voucher * Dental plan (optional, with payroll deduction); * Transportation allowance: BRL 29.16/day (with no payroll deduction); * Clude Health Assistance: Consult a physician anytime, anywhere!
