About the position: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant II to work in our e-commerce operation in Itapeva, MG, supporting various stages of the logistics flow. This is a generalist position, and the professional may be assigned—according to operational demand—to departments such as picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, order sorting, or stock transfer. The core focus of this role is to ensure accuracy, speed, and organization across all activities, adhering to standardized processes and utilizing systems such as WMS and data collectors. Key responsibilities: The professional may work in one or more of the following departments: Picking * Pick products according to orders in the WMS. * Operate data collectors to confirm locations and items. * Ensure accuracy and efficiency during picking. Packing * Verify picked items and pack them according to established standards. * Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment. * Report discrepancies in the system. Shipping * Organize orders by delivery route and carrier. * Scan items and update status in the WMS. * Assist with loading and final package verification. Replenishment * Replenish picking areas based on product ABC classification curves. * Transfer items between locations using data collectors and WMS. * Perform location assignment and inventory organization. Sorting / Stock Transfer * Carry out internal product movements between areas and storage locations. * Ensure item integrity during transportation. * Update the system after each movement. General Activities * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. * Follow quality, safety, and productivity standards. * Support additional tasks as required by the department. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in logistics operations. * Knowledge of WMS and data collector (RF) usage. * Flexibility to work across different departments as needed. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently under time pressure. Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous): * Experience in e-commerce operations. * Familiarity with productivity targets, SLAs, and digital processes. * Logistics-related training (e.g., logistics operator, warehousing). * Experience with wave picking, structured packing, or high-volume shipping. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (5S, KAIZEN).
