Perform sewing, finishing, basting, and adjustments according to company patterns and standards. Inspect piece quality, correct defects, and ensure compliance with specifications. Prepare fabrics by cutting and sorting materials per models and measurements. Assist in production organization, maintaining machines and work areas clean and orderly. Follow safety, hygiene, and internal production procedures. Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and delivery deadlines. Previous experience as a Seamstress, Tailor, Fashion Designer, or Dressmaker may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
