\#1062 Industrial Sewer * Sew components of seat kits using a sewing machine, following the operational sequence according to the process sheet; * Ensure product quality through self-quality control; * Prepare and adjust the sewing machine, including needle changes when necessary; * Check thread tension and stitch size, using tools such as Allen key, flathead screwdriver, ruler, and scissors; * Select and evaluate special characteristics defined by the customer and the organization; * Participate in pre-established training programs for job development; * Preserve equipment integrity by keeping them clean according to the 5S procedure and in proper working condition; * Actively participate in actions that improve product quality; * Properly use safety equipment and maintain its integrity; * Inspect and halt production in case of product non-conformity and notify the responsible person so corrective actions can be implemented. Requirements: * Availability to reside in Ouro Fino; * Previous experience in mass sewing will be a differentiator; * Flexible availability for shifts.
