From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our mission is to contribute to a better community, society, and world. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily operational parameters of SAD, SOS, ETE, Washer, and Minster oil systems, ensuring can quality and equipment efficiency. * Conduct quality tests and inspections according to TPM routines, focusing on reducing inputs and increasing equipment availability. * Perform simple preventive and corrective interventions, including adjustments and replacement of pumps and valves. * Prepare solutions and conduct physicochemical analyses in the laboratory according to QMS procedures. * Control spoilage in the can washing process by adjusting parameters to minimize losses and defects. * Request and monitor periodic potable water analyses through authorized companies, meeting environmental and sanitary legal requirements. * Manage purchases of laboratory materials and non-stocked products via LATASHOP, ensuring continuity of operations. * Verify quality certificates and store chemicals according to QMS standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work area by applying 5S practices and Lean tools for process optimization. * Participate in internal occupational safety, health, and environmental programs, complying with regulations and legal requirements. **What We're Looking For:** **Required** * Completed technical school education or completed higher education degree in Chemistry or related fields * Active CRQ desirable * Experience in industry. **Additional Information** * **Work Location:** Extrema/MG * **Work Model:** On-site * **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 4x4 shift schedule with semi-annual shift rotation **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
