




**Description:** Responsibilities of the Opportunity Promote inspections at workplaces, identifying hazardous conditions, taking all necessary measures to eliminate risk situations, as well as training and raising employee awareness regarding safety attitudes at work and environmental protection; Prepare training programs on occupational safety and environmental issues, including awareness campaigns and dissemination of current regulations, aiming to foster a preventive attitude among employees toward workplace safety and natural resource preservation; Determine workers' use of personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as recommend and inspect fire protection equipment when conditions require it, aiming to reduce risks to worker safety and physical integrity; Research and analyze the causes of occupational diseases and the environmental conditions under which they occurred, taking legally required actions to prevent recurrence and correct unhealthy conditions causing these illnesses; Control and distribute personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as recommend and inspect fire protection equipment when conditions require it, aiming to reduce risks to worker safety and physical integrity; Monitor and record all waste generated by the company along with their respective disposal manifests; Plan and organize the annual SIPATMA event; Evaluate cases of workplace accidents, accompany injured workers to receive appropriate medical care, issue CAT reports, and notify the Ministry of Labor; Conduct workplace inspections, identifying hazardous conditions, taking all necessary measures to eliminate risk situations, as well as training and raising employee awareness regarding safety practices at work; Monitor occupational safety and environmental performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and driving action plans.
