Responsibilities and duties * Coordinate and supervise internal forest harvesting teams; * Ensure compliance with operational harvest plans within established deadlines and costs; * Monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions when necessary; * Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, occupational safety standards, and forest certifications; * Prepare technical and operational reports; * Participate in hiring processes and management of suppliers and service providers; * Collaborate closely with forest planning and silviculture departments. Requirements and qualifications Interested?
