### **Position: Human Resources Assistant** **Location:** Francisco Morato\- SP (On-site) **Unit:** NXS **About the opportunity:** We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the entire employee admission and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements, as well as providing assistance to managers and employees regarding initial-stage employee lifecycle requests. **Responsibilities:** * Process employee admissions in the system, ensuring accurate data entry and verification of documents; * Request, verify, and organize required hiring documentation according to legal requirements and client specifications; * Monitor and support new employee onboarding (documentation, initial training, uniform/PPE distribution, etc.); * Forward admissions for approval by client supervisors and follow up for confirmation to release the employee; * Ensure deadlines for document submission and system entries are met to prevent payroll impacts; * Update spreadsheets and internal records related to admissions and onboarding; * Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital employee files; * Provide support to employees and managers by answering questions related to admission and onboarding; * Conduct contract signing and internal onboarding sessions with employees. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in Human Resources, with focus on admission processes; * Knowledge of labor procedures and personnel management systems; * Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Francisco Morato\- SP **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher: BRL 31.00 per day; * Food Allowance: BRL 130.00 per month; * Dental Plan; * Gympass; * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR). **Salary:** Disclosed during the selection process.
