




Handle electronic time clock incidents, close and calculate the working hours bank. Maintain alignment with external Accounting regarding eSocial regulations, adhering to submission deadlines. Prepare payroll-related documentation for submission to Accounting. Administer benefits (meal allowance, transportation allowance, and others). Develop scheduling reports in coordination with managers and carry out appropriate scheduling. Analyze Collective Bargaining Agreements and their applicability. Conduct salary benchmarking studies to maintain market competitiveness, performance evaluations, as well as recognition based on meritocracy and career progression. Keep job descriptions updated to reflect actual duties performed. Establish action plans for implementing new people management policies. Oversee all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure an appropriate staffing level during periods of higher demand, enabling rapid workforce replacement. Be responsible for internal or external professional recruitment and selection processes, evaluating candidates according to position-specific requirements. Coordinate with the Occupational Safety Technician on issuing safety reports, use of PPE, and management of uniforms and PPE together with the Occupational Safety Technician.
