Assist in food preparation, plating, and finishing The company is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Pouso Alegre. **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation tasks such as cutting, chopping, peeling, and seasoning ingredients. Assist in plating dishes and finishing food items. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, as well as cleanliness of used utensils. Assist in dishwashing and cleaning the food preparation area. Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies. Follow the company's established food hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team and follow instructions from the chef or responsible cook. Perform other kitchen-related tasks as required. It is important that the Kitchen Assistant be agile, organized, possess basic culinary skills, and be willing to learn and collaborate with the team. Additionally, adherence to food hygiene and safety standards is essential to ensure food quality. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
