Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting technical information from the field, actively participating in meetings between Quality and Product Engineering departments to contribute to product quality improvement, engineering solutions, and continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather field information, reporting incidents verbally and/or in writing, providing physical evidence that may lead to improvement and/or preventive actions, thereby enhancing our product and service quality. * Monitor product performance in the field and provide feedback to Quality and Product Engineering. * Conduct technical field visits, as needed, to collect information regarding product performance, failures, and compliance. * Record and analyze occurrences related to technical non-conformities, perceived quality, and product behavior during use. * Prepare technical reports supported by evidence (photos, videos, technical data) to assist Quality and Engineering departments. * Support root cause analyses and implementation of corrective/preventive actions. * Monitor product performance indicators in the field. * Propose technical product improvements based on real-world application and usage data. * Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and suppliers on technical analysis of components returned from the field. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Refrigeration. * Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing. * English – Intermediate level preferred. * Brazilian Driver’s License – Category B. * Computer Skills – Spreadsheets – Intermediate level. Text processing, internet, and presentations – Basic level.
