If you seek an environment focused on technology and innovation, where continuous development is part of daily routine, this could be your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct process audits to certify compliance of production technical documentation, such as completion of checklists, versatility matrices, DOPs, and calibration of measurement instruments; * Evaluate internal and external incidents, directing corrective actions with responsible departments using quality tools to ensure product and process compliance; * Inspect incidents on-site together with responsible departments, validating various processes to identify potential root causes of problems; * Analyze root causes of deviations and product failures (immediate incident handling), defining and following problem-solving methodology according to quality procedures; * Deliver training, when necessary, to resolve identified issues; * Present defect indicator results found during audits, production processes, tests, or final inspections to guide corrective actions for incidents; * Support production departments in defining controls and preparing documents to improve process effectiveness; * Block equipment in inventory and production lines, when necessary; * Monitor physical stock balance of blocked equipment to ensure component control; * Prepare department-related documents, using images and technical information, to contain non-conformities in the production process; * Perform functional tests on products and raw materials, using specific instruments from each equipment’s checklist or applicable specifications (e.g., drawings, component descriptions, among other specifications), to ensure proper operation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical or Technologist degree in: Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable:** * Computer skills – Word processing, spreadsheets, and internet; * Metrology; * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings; * Quality tools (Ishikawa, Pareto, 5W2H, 5 Whys, Brainstorming, PDCA, Histogram, MASP); * ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Food Voucher Child Education Assistance Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Practical University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the day-to-day operations of the food industry.
