Teamwork and commitment **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY, FROM 07:00 TO 17:00 HOURS WITH A 1-HOUR LUNCH BREAK; SHIFT SCHEDULED ON SATURDAYS **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Objective** Assist in operational activities for manufacturing concrete masonry blocks, pipes, pavers, curbstones, and other concrete products, ensuring organization, quality, productivity, and compliance with the company’s established safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** Assist in manufacturing blocks, pipes, pavers, curbstones, and other concrete precast products Prepare and organize production materials (cement, sand, gravel, reinforcement bars, and raw materials) Feed production machinery and equipment Assist in operating vibratory press machines and other equipment as instructed Perform demolding, handling, and organizing of finished products Assist in loading and unloading of materials and finished products Organize the yard and production area Perform cleaning and maintenance of the work area Follow instructions from the production supervisor Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations **Requirements:*** **Requirements** Completed elementary education (preferred) Experience in civil construction or industry is a plus Good physical fitness Commitment and responsibility Ability to work in a team **Benefits:** Internal benefits, Performance bonus, Parking, Life insurance, Meal allowance
